Planning Commission Agenda staff reports are available on the Town's website (www.townofwindsor.ca.gov). If an Agenda item has not been highlighted, no written report is available. (Please note that some of these reports may be large documents requiring a long loading time.) The agenda and staff reports will be available for public review at the Civic Center, 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Building 400, at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act: If you need special assistance to attend or participate in a Planning Commission meeting, please contact the Recording Secretary at amay@townofwindsor.ca.gov. If a technical issue arises with Zoom or the listening phone dial-in option, the Planning Commission meeting will continue unless a Commissioner is participating remotely pursuant to the provisions of Assembly Bill 2449.
Providing Public Comments During the Meeting
Members of the public who wish to address the Planning Commission, by providing public comment, during the meeting must do so in-person in the Civic Center Council Chambers at 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Building 400 in Windsor, where the meeting is being publicly held. As an alternative, members may also provide written public comment submitted via email to planningcommission@townofwindsor.ca.gov, please submit via email by 12:00 p.m., on the day of the meeting. If a Commissioner is participating remotely under the provisions of Assembly Bill 2449, members of the public will be allowed to provide public comment through Zoom.

PUBLIC COMMENT
Members of the public wishing to address the Commission on any Consent Calendar item or any item not listed on the agenda may do so at this time. Pursuant to the Brown Act, the Commission is not allowed to consider issues or take action on any item not listed on the agenda during this period. Each Public Comment is normally restricted to three (3) minutes in length and must be spoken into the microphone from the podium. If you wish to speak on a Consent Calendar item, please notify the Chair during the Public Comment.

Env. Document: Previously adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration. The proposed changes are minor and would not change the environmental determination or the required mitigation measures. No further environmental review is required.
Request: Modify conditions of approval for a 29-lot development project to delete a requirement for clerestory windows on the second floor of elevations facing adjacent properties to the north and east.
